First of all thanks for ordering! All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx unless otherwise specified. If your item is in stock and payment received in full, we will ship your order the same day if the order is received by 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Otherwise orders will ship the following business day.
If you wish to use your own UPS or FedEx account, please note there will be a $20 handling/processing fee applied to your order.
International shipments are possible – please inquire at Info@kettlewellcollection.com for a quote.
Minimum orders are two yards on all fabrics. We sell in increments of full yards only. Orders under 2 yds will be charged a $35 cut fee.
Kettlewell Collection does not offer refunds or exchanges on any product unless deemed faulty. In this case we will work to replace goods as quickly as possible.
We request that the client or workroom thoroughly inspect all goods upon receipt and before cutting, treating or installing product.
All claims must be made within ten days of receipt of product. After this period, no returns or claims will be accepted. Merchandise that has been treated, cut or processed cannot be returned. If a return is deemed necessary a restocking fee will be charged. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
*Kettlewell Collection textiles are handcrafted with care by true artisans. Due to the use of natural fibers and dyes, variances in color, repeat and width as well as a degree of imperfection will occur. This is inherent to the nature of these handmade fabrics and in no way constitutes a flaw.
We kindly suggest that you request a cutting for approval before ordering. All CFA’s are sent via USPS and will arrive within ten days.
